See&Sea Tech (Hong Kong) Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong in July 2024 by Mr. Liu Darong, a renowned entrepreneur in China's marine innovation industry and Chairman of the Marine Science and Technology Innovation Committee of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association.
Committed to using artificial intelligence technology to help innovative industries upgrade and develop, we provide industrial capital + AI service support for fields such as fisheries and agriculture, marine energy, and seawater desalination. Headquartered in Hong Kong, we connect with GCC, Southeast Asia, Greater China and North America markets, and form a comprehensive revenue structure through project contracting, intelligent construction, operation services and platform promotion.
The founding team possesses extensive experience in integrating marine industry resources, implementing cross-border projects, accessing government/royal resources, capital operations, and building technology platforms, aligning perfectly with SSTHK's positioning as a "Marine Innovation Industry AI Operator."
As the only marine-focused technology enterprise based in Hong Kong Science Park, SSTHK not only dedicates itself to advancing offshore unmanned system clusters but also emphasizes the industrial integration of artificial intelligence and marine technology. The company is currently developing Hong Kong’s first Offshore Unmanned Systems Intelligent Center near the Science Park. With marine AI as its core, SSTHK aims to foster synergy between research, education, culture and tourism, and industry. By collaborating with leading scientists and technologists in Hong Kong and across mainland China, SSTHK strives to build a future-oriented marine AI ecosystem and contribute actively to Hong Kong’s development as an international innovation and technology hub.
