Our Story

See&Sea Tech (Hong Kong) Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2024 in Hong Kong by Mr. Liu Darong, a prominent entrepreneur in China's marine innovation industry and Chairman of the Marine Science and Technology Innovation Committee of the China Association of Oceanic Engineering Consulting. Relying on the profound industry-wide scientific and technological innovation capabilities of the Marine Science and Technology Innovation Committee of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, the company is committed to the research and application of marine unmanned system clusters. Through the intelligent platform for unmanned systems, it controls the three-dimensional collaborative application of unmanned ships, air and sea drones, and underwater robots, providing efficient and leading intelligent support, scientific and technological practice, and research and education services for many marine-related fields such as marine fishery production, marine energy operation and maintenance, seabed data exploration, island development and survey, marine emergency rescue, and marine cultural tourism and transportation.

SSTHK’s research team is primarily composed of experienced industry professionals and highly educated individuals from North America. Their expertise spans computer science, electronic engineering, system control, fisheries and aquaculture, human-computer interaction, marine engineering, and civil engineering. They possess strong applied technology R&D capabilities and innovative potential.

As the only marine-focused technology enterprise based in Hong Kong Science Park, SSTHK not only dedicates itself to advancing offshore unmanned system clusters but also emphasizes the industrial integration of artificial intelligence and marine technology. The company is currently developing Hong Kong’s first Offshore Unmanned Systems Intelligent Center near the Science Park. With marine AI as its core, SSTHK aims to foster synergy between research, education, culture and tourism, and industry. By collaborating with leading scientists and technologists in Hong Kong and across mainland China, SSTHK strives to build a future-oriented marine AI ecosystem and contribute actively to Hong Kong’s development as an international innovation and technology hub.
